Thanks to Gary Ayers of Foulston Siefkin and Chasity Helm of Klenda Austerman for their support. Now that I will soon be the incumbent in division 12, I’m sure there will be many more supporters the next few weeks.
2016 will be an exciting time!
Gov. Brownback appointed me to the position vacated by retiring Judge Eric Yost. This means I will be the incumbent in Division 12 instead of running for division 24 as an outsider. It doesn’t mean the campaign is over. Division 12 is up for election in Fall 2016 so I still need your support in the campaign. You will see me remove the articles and information relevant to division 24, as well as withdraw my candidacy for Div. 24 and refile for Div. 12, but otherwise the campaign ship is still moving full speed ahead.
Please send me a message if you will support my campaign either through donations, endorsements, or otherwise. We need the make sure someone as conservative and professional as Eric Yost fills his position. He retired in honor and with the respect of all attorneys who appeared before him.
Eric Yost epitomizes the theme of my campaign, “Integrity, Experience, Respect.”
Campaign donations should be made out to Kevin Mark Smith for Judge and sent to 1502 N. Broadway, Wichita, KS 67214, to the attention of Richard Peckham, Treasurer. Email messaged should be sent to kevin4judge@gmail.com.
Thanks to Elaine Reddick for her endorsement! Momentum is building…
